Typically, returns are processed within 10 business days from the time it arrives at our facility. From there, you will receive an email once we have processed your return and issued your refund. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Most refunds will be posted to your account within 3 to 5 business days, however some may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges will be processed once we have confirmed returned items have been received by the carrier.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (with the exception of damaged or defective products being received), even if you need to return an item. In the case of refused deliveries, any refund made will be minus the total delivery shipping cost and customs or duties that are applied by the destination country.
